Amy attended the University of North Texas where she graduated in 1995 with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in military history and political science. Shortly after graduating, she co-founded a Dallas-based advertising and marketing company specializing in business-to-business, business-to-consumer marketing and lead generation. Notable accounts included a 7-hospital, Texas-based medical system and an energy company marketing the first oil and gas-based 1031-exchange product in the broker-dealer channel. She served as president and chief creative until selling her majority position in early 2005. Today she owns a boutique consulting company that specializes in helping businesses of all sizes reach their full potential.
